2019 DUMAGUETE to BACOLOD Ceres Schedules and Bus Fare

I worked in Dumaguete for 3 years before transferring to Cebu and during that time, I always took the Ceres bus from Dumaguete to Bacolod whenever I went home. I wasn’t blogging back then so I wasn’t able to keep a record of the bus schedules. But thanks to my good friend Patrick, who also showed me how to order from the McDonald’s Secret Menu, he was able to secure a copy of the schedule during his work trip in the city. I wouldn’t have been able to write this article without his help. The bus schedules below are only for trips from Dumaguete to Bacolod.

The total travel time from Dumaguete to Bacolod is 6 hours which includes a short stop at the Mabinay bus terminal. The total fare for the air-conditioned bus is ₱380.00 while the non-airconditioned bus is ₱295.00. I prefer the aircon bus because the trip can get a bit dusty and windy. But if you don’t mind the open air and wish to save money then feel free to go with the non-aircon.

medyo
mahirap lang para sa mga traveller na walang idea kung san ang pila ba sa bacolod, paiba-iba ng sagot ang mga dispatcher/guard. sana may bilihan na lang ng ticket mas convenient pa. 😞
